With the current fast-paced innovation and technology in the global market, company executives and leaders are after fostering innovation and technology in their companies and firms to find solutions to their previous problems and prepare and be ready to tackle any of their current and future problems. In an effort of continuing to find creative solutions for solving both big and small problems of companies and firms. The best approach to developing a viable innovation strategy is discovering a so-called "pain point" according to Michael Tchong. The key driver for the success of our standards of living and income in our daily lives is a technological process. Due to the lack of equal development of technology and innovation throughout the world, the level of global growth is determined by the way technology spreads in different countries. Also, the success of innovative technology in business depends largely on the innovation strategy which is an essential part of any business model regardless of facing ignorance from the damage of companies in their effort of keeping up with the digital age. Identifying and understanding the reason behind the problems in firms and companies makes it easier for executives to finding effective solutions hence the deployment of innovation application frameworks by some of the largest firms in the country.

Tchong- Innovation Business Case Study

According to Tchong, “innovation is in many ways the 9th Ubertrend that is rolling our future.” He said this referring to how in a decade ago (2010), there were seven hundred Chief Innovation Officers and may be compared to more than 5, 000 of today. It is relentless innovation that drives success and it must be relentless. According to Tchong, the competitive market was flattened by the massive wave of venture capital and combined with the rapid emergence of new technology meaning highly successful brands are not falling to their once competitors for decades but companies that did not exist before. Tchong adds that "the bulwarks of infrastructure used in protecting businesses have been torn down." He emphasizes that most if not all innovators and executives want to be in innovative category leaders with a percentage of 95% as compared to those who want to be category followers with only 26% (Verial, 2016).

Michael Tchong reveals to the group executives how competitiveness can be enhanced in any organization or an individual illustrating how in the innovation process your attention should all be driven towards the "pain points" or else the needs which remain unfulfilled. Through his illustration of how the global multi-billion-dollar giant company Apple rose from a loss-making company in 2001 to become the world's biggest innovative company by the end of 2010, Tchong makes his audience and viewers familiarize with strategies, principles, and tactics to pioneer their businesses into the highest step of the global innovation business ladder (Verial, 2016).

To Tchong, the biggest innovation change that has occurred in the decades following the 90s was in 2001 when Apple had a decline in its revolute into $ 3,000 billion after which it introduced the iPad, iPhone in 2007, and in 2010 it brought iPod (coming from a loss-making company to the world's most valuable company which makes it the ideal innovation success story. The use of the word innovation in 2012, had an increase of 64 % as compared to what happened five years earlier (2007) and this is a sure revelation of how fast-paced the innovation is developing. Development of ideas (a process of ideation) following unfulfilled needs is the starting point for innovation while blending the subjective with the objective by use of subjective ideas to objectively fill a need or solve a problem is the key innovation principle (Verial, 2016). Therefore, the success of innovation is powered by individual efforts and ideas. Innovation fuels organic growth which is a major success opportunity. With Tchong giving the story of Apple as a success story, it is true that not only does innovation keep a business dynamic but also makes it increase the success likelihood. All the above said, Tchong emphasizes that at the bottom line of financial success lies relentless innovation.

Computer History Museum- Innovation STEM Project

Through innovation and technology, the students learn things that they will never learn in regular classes. They get involved, examine, innovate, and collaborate with others and invested in tech ideas. Through the accessing the Computer History Museum, the students will be able of getting the opportunity of learning from experts from the field of interest and get a one-on-one experience of interacting with the experts in particular courses and disciplines and get to know what it takes to be and succeed in a such a specific field of study or path to their dream careers. (Museum, 2014). Through these interactions, students are able of identifying global challenges surrounding society and even globally. They develop the knowledge and concepts for technology-based solutions. The students are able of performing aspherical research in the Computer History Museum and create final presentations for their courses in different fields (Museum, 2014).

For the teachers, the Computer history museum has benefited them in that they get chances of innovating information from other sources hence merging very well with the existing curricula. This benefits students by easily understanding the concepts in their field of specialization and benefits the teacher by giving him an easy time for the preparation of teaching different courses in their institutions of learning. (Museum, 2014). Through the use of the computer museum, the individuals visiting it (museum) to understand how things are modeled in real life/ world with many disciplines working interchangeably to solve problems.

Meeting with real entrepreneurs and experts in business helps in expanding the critical thinking skills involved, which make the students start to blossom in the same field. Accessing resources from the computer history museum with so many fascinating skills the students can examine and reflecting more about innovating, collaborating and expressing their creative skills which aid in shaping the society and solving more problems globally as almost all computing is about a problem- solving (Museum, 2014). The students get the ability to connect in the museum and the real-life potential hence coming out with something innovative and creative.

The Tamarack Institute -indwell- A case study in Community Innovation.

The idea behind case study projects is the generative process (getting behind what is underneath different stories and ideas in society). The recent case study in innovations in Mental Health Housing by Milton Friesen and Andy Bayer gives an in-depth look at Indwell (the formerly Homestead Christian Care). Indwell has been recognized as an affordable organization of housing based in Hamilton Ontario and has been witnessed has been providing homes and supports for forty years to people struggling with mental health issues, addictions, and other disabilities (The Tamarack Institute, 2014). Its ability to implement development, partnership, and financing model has witnessed tremendous changes in the lives of the people the organization is serving without any complaints. Behind the success of the organization are the model and its highly successful and unique approach which has seen successful integration of three elements which include: well-developed business processes; effective client care; and strong ties to natural support of the community.

It is argued that Mental Health Housing initially had been dealing with a difficult challenge on how to keep people in one place and in an enabling environment, with the right level of care and in a unique, distinctive, and effective manner to be precise. With implementing the three elements, the organization was able to solve its problem and achieve success in ana area which it had been stumbling with in terms of providing service to its beneficiaries. For instance, the element of well-developed business processes was driven by the fact that organizations had a need to fulfill, i.e. making deliveries to people hence the organization had to be structured (The Tamarack Institute, 2014). The element of effective client care was driven by the organization having clients to serve and manage at the long hence to ensure smooth service delivery to the clients

Although the components/ elements may not be that special or unique in the innovation market, and the community, indwell makes it unique as it combined all the three models and created some new kind of synthesis enabling them to deliver better care and at a much lower cost and with less dependence at govt funding and increased their trust much higher among the community and from financial resources and volunteers (The Tamarack Institute, 2014). They have translated the once mental illness facilities into areas where people can live and stay and where their needs can be met. They encourage this approach to be used by other innovators and strategists in solving social challenges such as people living with serious mental illness, people living in extreme poverty, people lacking social education.

Their intent is not that the future innovators 'mimic' the dwelling process but relate with it. They urge people with different innovative skills to come together and combine all those skills at different levels and end up producing excellent results. For instance, an innovative farmer in the rural areas may decide to work in collaboration with a transport innovator/ transport-skilled man to transform the process of delivery into the community (The Tamarack Institute, 2014). This builds a good relationship with the neighbors and community members helping to upgrade the community into the innovative era. The community members can become profitable and reliable members of society by helping in building the community through changing how things have been done before through the implementation of the innovation in the community. This changes the style of living of the people, changes how people get access to housing, utilities, and different amenities (The Tamarack Institute, 2014). They end up serving the whole community and not just a few selected people' and to serve a large group of people and at a reduced cost, they are forced to be innovative. They practice inclusion in the community such as community garden where they use the current innovative landscaping through the help of community designers
